Tax and Duty Manual on the Control and Examination of Baggage

The Tax and Duty Manual on the Control and Examination of Baggage has been amended to reflect the Budget 2026 change in Excise Duty charged on imported tobacco in a traveller’s baggage from the 8th October 2025.
