MyEnquiries Tax and Duty Manuals

Several updates have been made to the MyEnquiries suite of Tax and Duty Manuals (TDMs) which are highlighted below:

Part 37-00-36 - MyEnquiries:

  • Update to paragraph 1.3 re Customer Service Standards

Part 37-00-36A - Access and Registering for MyEnquiries:

  • Telephone opening hours added for myAccount registration helpline

Part 37-00-36B - MyEnquiries: Submitting and Managing Enquiries in myAccount:

  • Updating of screenshots for MyEnquiries screens, both for adding a new enquiry and for the messages received when an enquiry is submitted and internal links added within text

Part 37-00-36C - MyEnquiries: Submitting and Managing Enquiries in ROS:

  • Updating of screenshots, both for adding a new enquiry and for the messages received when an enquiry is submitted and update to paragraph 3.4 with link to further information

Part 37-00-36D - MyEnquiries: Tracking of Enquiries:

  • Updating of screenshots in paragraph 2.1

Part 37-00-36E – Notifications about Enquiries:

  • Updating of screenshots with messages received as notifications, particularly when referencing Customer Service Standards, and update to paragraph 6 to include new information on agent e-linking messages for ROS and myAccount customer.
