Chapter 19 Pension Manual - Small self-administered pension schemes
Pensions Manual Chapter19 is amended in paragraph 4:
- to update the reference to Pensions Branch, High Wealth and Financial Services Division;
- to update the reference to "tangible moveable assets", and
- to update the outline of the "deemed distribution" provisions.
