Emergency accommodation and ancillary services
Following Finance Act 2025, existing guidance on Emergency accommodation and ancillary services in the VAT Tax and Duty Manual - Emergency accommodation and ancillary services - has been updated to reflect the cancellation of all waivers of exemption, effective from 23 December 2025.
