Tax and Duty Manual (TDM) Part 37-00-36C - MyEnquiries: Submitting and Managing Enquiries in ROS has been updated in paragraph 1.3 to advise customers that some ROS users no longer have the dropdown menu option to categorise a new MyEnquiry. This will now be automatically categorised for them.
