Mineral Oil Tax (MOT) Rate Decreases – 25 March 2026
The Tax and Duty Manual on Excise Duty Rates on Energy Products and Electricity has been updated to reflect temporary reductions to the non-carbon component and overall rates of Mineral Oil Tax on petrol, auto-diesel, marked gas oil, and their substitutes, effective from 25 March 2026.
