Guidance for Revenue Staff on Interaction with the Tobacco Industry

A new Tax and Duty Manual – Guidance for Revenue Staff on Interaction with the Tobacco Industry - has been published.

This TDM sets out Revenue’s approach to interactions with the tobacco industry in line with Ireland’s obligations under the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control" (FCTC), as explained through the related Department of Health guidance.
