TALC Direct and Capital Taxes Sub-Committee

The function of the Direct and Capital Taxes Sub-Committee is to provide a forum where Revenue and tax practitioners can discuss the technical interpretation of direct taxes and capital taxes legislation. The matters discussed by the sub-committee are identified on an ongoing basis and relate to general technical issues on which Revenue clarification and guidance may be useful.
