Fáilte Ireland Certificate

Registration in the Register of Hotels is kept by Fáilte Ireland. On renewal, a certificate must be produced confirming that the premises being licensed is registered if:

  • the licence was granted by the court under part IV of the Tourist Traffic Act 1952
  • or
  • granted by the court any time after 4 July 1960.
