Ministerial Approval Certificate

You must obtain a certificate issued under Section 62 of the National Cultural Institution Act 1997 from the Office of the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.  

You will need to submit a certificate to Revenue for first application and each renewal of your licence.
