Proof of ownership

The owner of the vessel is required to provide evidence of proof of ownership.

This should be a Certificate of Registration under the Mercantile Marine Acts 1955.

Where your vessel is under 15 tonnes, and you do not hold a Certificate of Registration, a signed declaration of ownership should be submitted.
