Completing an Inland Revenue Affidavit (CA24)

The Inland Revenue Affidavit (Form CA24) is no longer available for applications for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration when the deceased person died on, or after, 5 December 2001. From September 14 2020, to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, you are now required to complete the Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA2 online through myAccount or Revenue Online Service (ROS).

If the deceased person passed away before 5 December 2001, you will need to complete the Inland Revenue Affidavit (Form CA24 2000 edition). This form must be submitted to Revenue in duplicate to the following address:
