Issues with the Revenue Record

Unable to open or view documents in Revenue Record

If you are unable to view messages, click on ‘Refresh Inbox’ in the Revenue Record to refresh the display.

You need to have pop-ups enabled for Revenue Online Service (ROS) in order to view inbox messages.

Make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed. Visit the Adobe website to download the latest version.

It is not possible to open Revenue Record documents when using the Microsoft Edge web browser.
