Issues resetting the Revenue Online Service (ROS) login
If you cannot answer the security questions
If you do not know the answers to the security questions, then the reset option is not available to you.
If you are the ROS Administrator (the main ROS account holder), you must register for ROS again to restore your login.
If the ROS certificate has expired, you can start the registration now.
If the ROS certificate is still active, it must be revoked before you can register again. Please email roshelp@revenue.ie with your Tax Registration Number requesting 'Revoke ROS Cert'.
If you are a ROS sub-user, you must contact your ROS Administrator to resolve your login issues.
