Issues resetting the ROS login

We could not process your request at this time

If you receive the error:

'We could not process your request at this time. Please contact the ROS technical Helpdesk for further information' then the reset option is not available to you.

This could be because:

  • the security questions have not been set up
  • your ROS Administrator profile is incomplete (phone number or email)
  • the security questions were answered incorrectly on two attempts

You will need to contact us to have the certificate revoked. Then you can register again to get a new digital certificate.  Please email roshelp@revenue.ie with your tax registration number requesting 'Revoke ROS Cert'.
