Preparation and delivery of return by person acting under authority

A return may be prepared and delivered by a person acting under the authority of a liable person. For example, a liable person can appoint an agent to act on their behalf.

Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) returns prepared and filed by a person acting under authority will be treated as if the liable person had filed it.
