Overview

The DCPL repayment scheme comes into effect from 01 January 2024.

You may be able to make a claim for repayment of the DCPL if:

  • you are a precast concrete product manufacturer
  • and
  • incurred the DCPL on ready to pour concrete utilised in the manufacture of those products in the period 01 September to 31 December 2023.

Note

Claims for repayment of this DCPL must be made on, or before, 30 April 2024 and must be for amounts greater than €125.
