Issues logging into ROS
Certificate used is invalid
When the Revenue Online Service (ROS) certificate is downloaded or renewed, it is issued with a date and time. This error occurs, if either the date, time or both are different on your computer.
Ensure that the date and time displayed on your computer are correct.
This can also occur if you are in a different time zone. If so:
- you should wait until the time difference has elapsed
- or
- temporarily update the date, time or both on your computer to enable login to ROS.
