Customs and Excise Enforcement Procedures Manual Appendices - Applications for Search Warrants

Appendix 5 of the Customs and Excise Enforcement Procedures Manual, dealing with informations and search warrants, has been amended for situations where an application for a warrant is made to a District Court judge at a Court outside of the District Court area where the premises or place concerned is located. The revised Information and Search Warrant templates should be used for any future search warrant applications.

The Information and Search Warrant templates in the following manuals have been replaced by links to the templates in Appendix 5:
