Gaming Licence
Court Certificate
You must submit a certificate from the District Court with your application for a licence to operate gaming machines. The certificate will state the period which may be licensed.
The Court may also attach conditions to the certificate such as:
- limiting the hours during which gaming may be carried on
- limiting the number of machines
- restricting the kinds of gaming
- limiting the amount of the stakes and prizes
- prohibiting or restricting gaming by persons under specified ages.
