Application for a Gaming Licence and Machines

Please submit your Court Certificate to the National Excise Licence Office along with the completed Application Form.

The application must be signed by:

  • the licensee, if a sole trader
  • one of the partners, if a partnership
  • the company secretary or a director of the company, in the case of an incorporated firm.

When Revenue has processed your application, we will issue you with Application Notices for your gaming licence and machine licences. These notices invite you to complete your applications and pay for your licences.

All licensees require tax clearance. Revenue will automatically check your tax clearance status before issuing your gaming licence.
