First application for a Wholesale Dealer's Licence

Please submit your completed  Application Form to the National Excise Licence Office.

The applicant will also need a Court Certificate if a Wholesale Beer Dealer’s Licence application.

The application requires signature by:

  • the licensee, if a sole trader
  • one of the partners, if a partnership
  • or
  • the company secretary or a director of the company in the case of an incorporated firm.

Once Revenue processes your application, a copy will be forwarded for approval to the Revenue Office where your premises is located. Revenue will issue you with a First Time Application Notice subject to approval of your application. This notice invites you to complete your application and pay for your licence.
