Who should apply for verification?

You are responsible for ensuring that all premises involved in producing your product are verified by Revenue. This is necessary if you want to label and market your product as Irish whiskey or Irish poteen.

Note that Revenue verifies the premises and production process, not a particular brand of whiskey or poteen.
