Verification code not received

If you have not received a verification code after completing step 2 of the Revenue Online Service (ROS) registration process, please see the steps below:

  • If you requested your verification code via email, please check your spam and junk folders.
  • If this does not resolve the issue, repeat the step requesting a text message, if possible.
  • If you have still not received a verification code within 10 minutes, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
