Revenue seize 2.4kgs of MDMA at Dublin Airport
Last week, as a result of routine profiling, Revenue officers seized approximately 2.4kgs of MDMA valued at almost €143,000 at Dublin Airport. The illegal drugs were found concealed within the clothing of a passenger that had arrived into Ireland from Brussels. Yesterday, (25/11/2021), and following investigations, the passenger, a 22 year old man who is an Irish passport holder, was arrested by An Garda Siochána and subsequently appeared in Court in connection with this seizure.
