Renewal of a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Theatre Licence

Note

The waiver of Excise Duty on on-trade liquor licences will not be extended to renewals in 2022.

The National Excise Licence Office will send you a renewal notice in early September each year. This renewal notice invites you to make your renewal application and pay for your licence. You will also need to submit your Music and Singing Licence and a schedule of upcoming events.

All licensees require tax clearance and, in certain cases, a:
